Message for the Masses – Week of May 30, 2016

The Queen of Swords graces us with her presence, drawing a clear line in the soil before us. The space that is created by this line is potent with possibility, shoring up loose ends and gaping vulnerabilities. Girded with this royal support we walk with straightened spines like antennas primed to receive. We stake our boundaries with illuminated proclamation, declaring the higher octave as home.

We stand in the center of a cross this week, and its points wiggle like the end of a weathervane riding the wind. First north, then south, then west, then east, we are afforded the chance to see from all angles. The trick is to walk each direction with care, allow each perspective the chance of truth, and weigh the potential benefits evenly. This is a week to gather ideas, honor each thought as a prayer, and choose with precision the lens those thoughts blaze through.

The Sun and Venus lead us along in a game of drawing lines, weaving webs, and defining entry and exit points. Each of these actions create opportunities. What may feel impassable is much more likely an opportunity to see ourselves from a higher view. It is our duty to raise ourselves to the moment, and uncover the love that has been bestowed upon us within motions of dense definition.

Consider the shelter a closed door provides in a windstorm. Our charge is to allow any such closings, either doled or received, to be our shelter, and walk toward the new realm knowing we are loved.

As the week closes, circuits display in darkness. The New Moon promises us both sides of the coin. Neither side is more or less true, and we are blessed with the fortune of choice.

May we walk each direction with the light of possibility, and revel in the abundance of chance.

❤️

Message for the Masses – Week of May 2, 2016

This week we are encouraged by the Hanged Man to let it all go. As we turn upside down the worries and fears fall like change from our pockets.

When I was a kid I loved doing gymnastics. If there was room to flip, I flipped. If I had the choice to walk or cartwheel, I cartwheeled. My favorite move was a back walkover. I enjoyed seeing the world upside down, and then taking the opposite route to standing. I can see now what a gift it was to dare to see the world upside and down so regularly.

As we walk into this new week, at the beginning of this new month, leading into this new season, guided by this new moon; Seems time to remember how good it can feel to see things from a different perspective.

After all of the shake ups over the last few months we are in a period of grace. We are granted the space to take stock in a new way, a fun way, a pleasurable way. It’s time to settle in home, and sink deep into what pleases the senses. Venus is our best friend right now. She beckons us to come out of our hard outer shells and softly writhe in sensual delight.

The Hanged Man is our first step into that realm.

May we hang our head in pure pleasure, and allow our feet to be held in grace.

❤️
